Overall Architecture

NDConnect allows Support Coordinators to administer their Clients, documents and case-notes quickly and easily whilst providing senior users the big-picture view for approvals, invoicing and analysis. Configuration & user on-boarding is typically carried out by a designated administrator - for bigger companies

Client Administration

NDIS Clients can be uploaded from Excel, created manually or onboarded via the Client Pipeline.

Comprehensive information is captured per Client with ongoing highlighting of plan and budget progress - plan expiry and budget to actual spend tracking

Invoicing

Invoicing is often a time-consuming process involving multiple re-keying and extensive use of Excel! Invoices can be generated using customized templates for third-parties (eg. Plan Managers) with your own logo and details.


Bulk extracts (CSV downloads) are supported for uploading into PRODA or Xero

Support Coordinators can generate their own invoices from the system or have them generated by senior users.

Non-billable effort is easily captured and included on Support Coordinator invoices

Analytics & Dashboards

All data is aggregated into multiple views for senior users to review, extract or/and generate invoices. Dashboards show at a glance how your forecast spend across all Clients is tracking month by month - against approved case-notes

System Setup

Drop-down lists, document labels and other items are configurable by you with minimal/no support required. Getting you up and running is a matter of hours 

Manage your users easily and securely. Assign Support Coordinators to Clients with appropriate access levels. One way password encryption and optional two-factor (2FA) authentication for increased security

Client Plans & Budgeting

NDIS Support Items are allocated to Client Plans and form the basis of case-noting and support coordination budget tracking. Whilst focussed on Support Coordination any NDIS Support Item can be assigned and tracked

NDConnect is a terrific CRM application that meets our needs as NDIS registered Specialist Support Coordinators. It is very easy to use, intuitive and can be customised quite easily. 

Apart from the basic requirements of case noting, uploading relevant documents and enabling invoices and bulk payment requests to be extracted for NDIS, it also captures risk and documents risk mitigation strategies. As a registered provider dedicated to supporting the delivery of high quality, compliant support coordination this is essential. 

It has several different levels of access which can be set to enable our team members to see what is happening with the clients of their colleagues (and not just their own clients) so that they can cover for them if the primary support coordinator is away. From a contingency perspective this is a very important feature. 

One attractive feature is that case notes can be added from mobile devices which is useful when on the road.
